Toram Online DOES NOT HAVE PVP as of the latest date mentioned above. If you like playing with one hand, Toram may not be the game for you. Toram Online is an immersive 3rd person (non-isometric) and requires both hands to perform combat effectively. Toram Online is designed for Andriod and IOS smartphones, so trying to play it on an emulator on a PC with a mouse will not be favorable to you at all. Check out when this wall of text was updated by the following bullet point. Not all things in this thread might help you. Since Toram Online was launched in 2015, by the time you read this, a lot of the things might be changed and/or improved upon. So, I suggest reading this starting guide about Toram Online, preferably before you begin, but any time is good too. OR maybe your friend recommended this game to you and you decided to try it out. In either case, either you are terribly lost about what to do in the game or your friend is too busy to help you learn all the mechanics, tips, and tricks. Edit: Including Vulcan/Sprite Skills as wellĬurrent Build: Lv.So, you decided one day to start searching for an MMORPG and after lots and lots of tries, you managed to find Toram Online which resonated a lot with what you wanted. While it's damage is fast & hard hitting, it comes at the cost of utility such as debuffs & versatility in skills. This allows us to focus more on maximizing damage & leaves extra skill points with investing into elemental gear.Īrmor: Anniv Festive Garb II(Matk+12%, INT+10%, Critical Rate+25, Cspd+20%) Demonic Quasarĭamage with Purely Magic Gear: Around ?k w/o Critical/ ?k with Criticalĭamage with Critical Gear : Around ?k w/o Critical / ?k with Criticalĭamage with DtE Gear : Around ?k w/o Critical / ?k with Criticalįocuses solely on Magical Ninja Skills, while utilizing as little Magic Skills as possible. So what can Magic Devices do, damage-wise? This is what I aim to find out currently.įocuses solely on Magic: Finale as it has a fixed cast time, & has fixed neutral element, & has high damage. On the other hand, Magic Devices are at an disadvantage as they can't use Weaken or buffs to help deal critical damage & thus require 400 Critical Rate, with the exception of some skills.Īdditionally as a magic user, they are naturally SLOW damage dealers, compared to most other classes. With E.Slash, Qadal, the recent neutral element buffs, along with benefiting from STR, staff mages have better critical damage.Īdditionally since they basically can wield dual elements(other magic warriors can as well), they don't lose as much damage if there's multiple mobs or a boss/mini boss changes elements. Staff is more naturally suited to & imo the master of elemental & critical magical damage. The only reason why I think these will not be the MOST effective is due to how different the two weapons are. To be brief: they are mostly built as if they emulate staff weapons as they focus on critical rate, damage, etc. My main reasoning is that while there are some builds on Youtube that utilize it, they are not the MOST potentially effective in my opinion. However, while staff has been mostly explored & yet still has undiscovered potential, magic devices haven't really been fully explored for understandable reasons. Though I would consider the most varied to be staff thanks to how they can be built So I feel like mages in general are pretty interesting due to how varied they can be. There's not really enough information besides Phantom Discord and some YouTube builds for references atm. If I'm wrong about anything, feel free to let me know. Warning: I will be blunt, maybe extremely blunt with my thoughts & opinions.
